- Sport Rotors are not a completely extruded blade, but aerospace adhesive bonded skins around 6061-T6 with a robust crush bar in the root. Their hub bar is brutally strong, and the larger rotors have a massive X-rayed NAS AN14 bolt with lead/lag Heim joint. Proper cadmium-plated AN bolts are used throughout.
- The aircraft fuselage is made from bolted-together 6061-T6 aluminum tubing. Its 23 ft (7.0 m) diameter Sport Copter rotor has a chord of 7 in (17.8 cm). With its empty weight of 247 lb (112 kg) and a gross weight of 550 lb (249 kg), it has a useful load of 303 lb (137 kg). Variants Taggart Gyro Bee. Plans-built version introduced in 1990.

These blades are retrofittable on such popular helicopters as the RotorWay Scorpion,Exec and Talon, the Safari, the Hot Rod Helicopter, Commuter, Adams-Wilson Choppy,Aeros, etc.; and for the wide variety of one- and two-seat gyroplanes. The extruded aluminum blades are easily cut to size where required. Further, their “cellular” construction makes mounting and balancing a simple matter.
